The Brixton

GREAT VIBE ! We found this place by accident after walking out of Umami Burger a few doors down the street because of zero customer service. Our luck changed big time at The Brixton right at the front door when we were warmly greeted by lovely Hanna. We were seated at a front table looking out to bright sunshine on the street. Our server Jeanette was very helpful with what we chose for lunch and my beer selection. My wife and I enjoyed our meals very much and appreciated the classic rock music being played through their sound system. The framed posters and photos of famous rock stars all along the walls was fabulous and added to the cool atmosphere of The Brixton. It was nice to be welcomed and receive terrific service here. We will tell our friends when we head back to San Diego in a few days.

Very cool vibe! Went there with some friends around 1:30 but the place closed around 2. Still liked the bar area and the space.

One of my favorite spots for tasty american food. Service is typically good. Prices were fair for the quality of the food. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I loved.

This is one of our favorite places in the city for happy hour, not just for the tall ceilings, manly booths, openness, great soundtracks and very friendly staff. Unlike most places where the happy hour selection is a mere token of snack choices that you are bored of, this place delivers high quality, in fact, probably the best artichoke hearts dip I've ever had, in addition to several others I'd come back again and again for! Thanks for delivering enormous quality and being customer-centric in the midst of a value-declining city, keep up the good job, Brixton!
