Awesome! At the Ferry Building Farmer's Market, this pop-up stall had their rotisserie going at market open. There was no line early on, so get an early brunch. I can't imagine that the lines wouldn't be much longer nearer to lunch, but it would be worth the wait. This sandwich trumped my previous Philly favorite. The porchetta was juicy and fatty pork with sauteed onions and arugula to add a slightly bitter balancing. The juices softened the Acme Bread Co. roll. There was also watermellon juice you could buy also. Awesome!
