Love this place. Classic HK diner with a huge menu. Has all your favorites

Went on a Sunday at 1pm and a few things that MGMT needs to address:

1. Bathroom: have someone keep it clean, the business was barely open 2 hours and the trash was overflowing and water was all over the ground. There's an old adage in the restaurant industry, the bathroom is kept as clean as the kitchen, so this really made me nervous.

2. Service: have your people watch a youtube video on how to say hello or at least act cordial for 30 secs. Sub-standard service from the two staff we enter acted with. Take your staff to a decent western restaurant and ask your staff to ask themselves "do you think you are as pleasant as they are?"

3. What I ordered was horrible, With my concerns I thought I was ordering a 'safe' dish beef broccoli with noodles, but the taste pretty bad. Not sure who worked on the sauce, but they couldn't have followed a recipe because it was way off from what anyone would ever plan. But my GF ordered the minced meat pie(rice noodle shell), and I really liked it. i am actually contemplating paying to watch you make it so that I can recreate it at home. I would have given you a 1 star if it weren't for this one dish.

TL;DR: up your service standards, clean your bathrooms, simplify your menu to items you do well and people enjoy. best of luck, i will only be back for the noodle pie.

Nice foods. Very professional staffs and great services. Understanding customers' needs :)

Busy place. Solid food. Glad to have another HK style cafe in the Richmond. Wish this place could seat more people! Lots of options on the menu. Prices are a little high for the kinda style of cafe, but I will accept.
