    Sushi was good. Miso soup lacked flavor. Seared baby tuna starter was covered in truffle oil in not a good way. Service was very friendly, and was able to quickly be seated. The atmosphere was dark and music(not great jazz) was loud enough that you could have a conversation without people hearing but not so loud forcing you to shout at each other.

    It was a great experience! Comparable to sushi sam’s in San Mateo. If you use sushi Sam as a benchmark, some pieces are not as fresh but they make up for it with some delicious appetizers. Uni is also the best I’ve had in the states, and I’ve had pretty good uni before..

    Expect to drop some dough here though.

    Great restaurant. Chef Tony is the best! Great tasting sushi. The wasabi was soooo good! I know that's a weird compliment, but it's hard to find a good sushi place with good fresh wasabi!
