    I like my skirt steake tender my tortillas soft.
    We ordered 3 dishes because they sounded great and pictures were looking good..
    But the calabasitas guisado was pretty blend,no flavor ( even though one of the ingredients is EPAZOTE which is an herb very aromatic like basil and sage.)
    Was missing and I was a little disappointed.
    The skirt steak was very chewy, and the tortilla dough was getting stuck in the back of my teeth ( ya..pretty gross)
    And the pork in green mole was also blend, no flavor, just spicy and the pork chunks were very chuwy..
    THE WAITING STAFF WERE GREAT...
    they are very attentive and pronto, just a bunch of good guys...

    Chilaquiles and enchiladas in this place are just fantastic, and a great brunch alternative. Went for the tomatillo salsa enchilada with chicken last time and it was very good. Wish they had more "aguas" (juices) options, the only had 2. In any case a lesser known yet awesome restaurant.

    I was really impressed with their organic Mexican food. I ordered green pozole and it was really good and large portions.

    Delicious non-standard Mexican restaurant. Great to share dishes with a group. Really good homemade tortillas.
