One of my favourite spots in S.F. to grab a burger. Really good beer selection and a super laid back bar feel puts this place up there with the best of them. A true hidden gem in SOMA.
In any other city this would be a good place but in SF where there are so many great options Brickhouse is just middle of the road.
It's kinda like they lost the care.
It's not terrible, dont get me wrong but for a $30 meal there are just better options.
This is a great place to come for lunch. The prices are very fair, especially for the city, and the space is huge. I got the cheese banger sandwich with tomato soup. The sandwich has goat cheese in it to give it a bite, and the tomato soup went with it perfectly.
This place is like coming home. The owners Fred and Kim go out of their way to make their clientele comfortable. The food is good and hardy. Weekend brunch is excellent. Happy hour fish tacos are some of the best in town. 20+ years in business and counting.
I had a really good breakfast. Sausage gravy was delicious but very lightly applied. Definitely could have had a little more it did totally spare me usual the food coma. They served a tasty pitcher of mimosas as well. The pancake barred bacon is one of the greatest culinary experiences ever.
