It was so appetizing. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The place has a great feel to it. They have so many reviews for a reason.
Great happy hour options. Loved the tots and the burrata dish. And wine bottles are half off? Solid. If you can get in, the patio is beautiful. And has heating! Great choice for Chestnut Street after work.
The staff is great. The crowd it attracts is the marina stereotype. If you don't know what this means, look up personality types by neighborhood. I go on occasion since they have Pliny the Elder on tap.
A food pub, but not obviously. I went there with a group to try and have a quiet drink but found The Tipsy Pig to be quite hostile to this idea. It seems that every table inside is for food only, but you only find that out by sitting down and being moved off the table. If Tipsy Pig wants to be a food pub, that's fine but it should be clearer about which tables are for dining customers only.
That being said, the beer was good and there was a good selection of it. The service at the bar was prompt and the table servers were quick to notice us when we sat down which is probably good news if you want to eat.
Great back patio. Good spot for drinks at night. Love he brunch here. Breakfast sando is fire. Breakfast tacos are good too although a bit small. Goat cheese scramble is great too. And for lunch I love the fried chicken sandwich.
