You should only go if your picking up a premade salad. The line is the longest I have ever seen for a restaurant. The line just to pay for the to go salad had 12 people in it. The line to make your own salad had an least 30 people in it. I do like the healthy aspect of the food. The food is also really high quality and the high price is because of that. Make sure get the mobile app and sign up for the rewards program. It helps offset some of the price.

Food was so delicious. This place has a good design. I can see why they have a lot of positive reviews.

Fast, fresh and tasty. Expensive but that’s a reality of this city. My favorite salad chain out of all the overpriced salad/bowl chains in SF. Had a bad experience with the service here once (out of at least 3 dozen times I have been here) and they were quick to resolve it.

food was so tasty. the service here is attentive. prices are fair i would say.

I love this place, great food & service. The service was sociable and attentive. This place has a great design. Not close to my job, I wish it was.
