Flour + Water Pizzeria

It took me a while to get into this restaurant, after years of driving by and seeing the bright new location of this pizza joint, and the original location on Harrison. They make top quality hand stretched pizza, and offer a nice array of sides. Having already been to one of their competitors (I am assuming, based on the surprisingly similar menu) i wasnt overly impressed with creativity. I loved the location, for people watching and overall decor. It was a well maintained and clean dining room. May have been a tad bit pricey, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Went here on a Friday night around 9:30pm and it was busy. The host was even hustling and busing tables so he could get people seated. That was a really good sign in my eyes. You do what you gotta do to take care of people. The server was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. We ordered a beer and a pizza from the white menu, they break their pizzas into red sauce category and white sauce category. Trust, it was a hard decision because they all sounded good. The people sitting around us were friendly (the while vibe of the place) so we discussed menu options. When our pizza came, which was not a long wait, we found out it was a new offering on their menu that day. It had specht, corn, roasted peppers, other things that I don't remember, and it was So Good. Left there with a smile on my face, a full satisfied belly, and leftovers.

Super tasty pizza. Crust is quite fluffy but with a good crunch and the toppings are classic but generous. Very nice service and cute interior.

Walk in, sit down, order the mozzarella sticks, pepperoni pizza and then leave a five star review. Simple! Delicious and pretty damn flawless pizza even if restaurant feels a bit hectic. Perhaps doesn’t hit highs of Una Pizza Nepoletana RIP but great addition to SF pizza scene.

Flour + Water's team does not disappoint with this wonderful new addition to the Inner Mission. With wonderful pizza, of both red and white varieties, and a number of simple side Antipasti and salads, the focus here is definitely on the amazing pizza. I am extremely delighted that the mission has a new addition to its amazing food culture, and hope it is around for a long time. Definitely come by and try one of San Francisco's newest pizza destinations.
