Frankie's Java House

I have been a resident of the neighborhood for over 15 years and frequented The Java House before the Fankie’s change over and remodel. This place is my new favorite haunt, as I work in the marina as well. The have great food and friendly staff. I have tried their hamburger which I would give 4 🌟’s, their fish and chips were fantastic and would give 5 stars 🌟’s and today had their all day special which is a Burger Dog and a Beer! Loved it! This place has an awesome location next to South Beach 40 Marina and Oracle Park. It’s a must for neighbors and visitors.

Have been involved with sailing at Pier 40 for 25 years, spent a good deal of time over those years at the old Java House, usually for breakfast. Was excited to try Frankies for lunch, the remodel is great, good bar with excellent view, good cheeseburger, plenty big, crisp fries. Friendly bartender. A bit pricey but look where it’s located, will definitely be back.

Love the location, the food, the drinks, the vibe. My husband wants to go back every weekend. My 4yr old loved every bite of the kids burger, which was a big as the adult burger. My husband loved how fresh and tasty the crab sandwich was. My burger was big, juicy and awesome and our fries were crispy and plentiful. We loved the Aperol spritz and mimosa. We will be back! Felt completely safe with minimal interactions.
