Not the most flavorful ramen in my opinion. Ramen 101 is way better! And they only give you one half of an egg in your order. But it's close to the office and they do provide garlic and other additions you can add to enhance the flavor. And they are super quick.

One of my favorite ramen spots. Get the Shishito peppers for sure!

The special here, the chicken curry has a wonderful sauce and they put enough sauce on . The rice is always steaming hot. They only put 1 piece each of cauliflower, brocolli, and carrot. However, if you want more veggies you can get a small container yourself to add on at the salad bar for $2. There isn't much seating so best to go before or after the lunch rush.

I'm a pretty harsh critic when it comes to ramen, but Hinodeya is a decent option during those days when you must have noodles. For me, noodles are the cure for almost all of life's ailments...

    Upset by coworkers... noodles
Stepped on poop on the sidewalk... noodles
    Tinder hopelessness... noodles

Basically when the sky and life are raining down on you, noodles will help to reset you back to the way you should be feeling and help to remind you that despite what the world is doing, you're okay!

Hinodeya is a small shop with seating for about 15 at various tables splayed throughout the restaurant. When you walk up to the counter there's a small salad bar and a simple menu with a few options for pork or vegan broth. I chose to get the pork broth and waited about 5 minutes for my dish. There's a garnish bar at the counter as well but I chose to keep it simple.

I ate with my coworker at a table and to my happy delight my ramen totally hit the spot. The broth wasn't as rich in flavor as I'm used to, but on this particular day that's exactly what I needed. A nice light carb loaded lunch that helped to reset me back to normal. Noodles!

Suoer cool containers make this ramen easy for take away. Great dashi salty broth. Noodles are a little more rotti dumpling like, but still great. Love that the ingredients are separated because the lettace addition is a no no.
