Great food and culture. The chef or owner came out to talk to us and it was great. Worth the trip from the east coast
By far the best gnocchi and tiramisu I’ve ever had (to include multiple trips to Italy). Both were clearly handmade there in restaurant by the owner who is a very nice and charming man that was out and talking to the customers, making drinks, and prepping food as well.
I wasn’t planning on coming back to San Francisco, but I might have to just for this restaurant!
We stopped after dinner to have the cannolis. They were absolutely delicious and I now want to come back to try the food! The service and owner were awesome, so kind.
Inspiring! Fabulous in every way! The best home made Italian food you will find in SF!
Tried this place out on a whim for a girl's night, and I can definitely say my stomach hasn't been this happy in so long. We tried three dishes, the lobster ravioli, rigatoni norcina, and the truffle cream gnocchi. All were wonderful, but extra special love to the amazing gnocchi. I have never eaten such pillow-soft gnocchi, yum!! Also, the owner and wait staff were incredibly friendly, and there's a really nice culture of the ~italian slow meal~ at this spot, which gave us time to just talk and enjoy each other's company :]
