KAYMA Algerian Eatery Food Truck

Everything was super salty. Like super super salty. I'm usually told I'm the one that eats too much salt. The only thing I liked is their Algerian version of baba ganoush . The chicken skewers were dry and salty. Should have used thigh meat perhaps. Not impressed, I tried it based on the rating the sit down location has. Perhaps that experience can't be recreated mobile. The fries nothing special, especially for the price. And again extremely salty . The pickled vegetables not marinated enough. This place is Maybe great for the sodium deficient who like dry meat. I feel like this meal instantly shot up my blood pressure
