    Hispanic Spam...
    Have you ever been in Yucatán? It will be good if you visit Yucatán and then come back to Poc-Chuc, then you may understand better about the pickling.

    Excellent poc-chuc with huge portions!
    Definitely need to add the black bean sauce for moisture but otherwise outstanding.

    Cute place, good food. It's small tho and I haven't been here when it's busy since I avoid the busy hours. Great Mexican food. I've only had the burrito and quesadilla but they were both great. Great hand- made margaritas. Delicious authentic Oaxacan food. Great selection of toppings. Great vegetarian options.

    There was nothing necessarily bad about the food- the ingredients all taste fresh, and it was presented nicely (even for delivery). However, it's definitely not classic Mexican food (and I get that that's the point). What's with all the pickling? Everything was pickled, which in my opinion, just didn't go with the cuisine.
