Shack Shack is located where the Olive Garden use to be on Stonestown Galleria. I like that you can order yourself from 4 different kiosks that take credit cards only you can also orders from the cashier if you want to pay cash, they have numbers next to the kiosks that you put at the edge of the table so that the runner can bring the order to you. I was surprised at how fast the order was delivered considering that the place was busy. The bacon cheeseburger was served o. A paper pocket. The ShakeBurger was nice and warm, I liked the chicken bites were small pieces of white meat and they were plump and juicy. My son really liked the fries with cheese and bacon. Plenty of seating both inside and outside with lots of traffic.
5/30/23: The manager was training a new guy. They were both nice & helpful. The vege burger 🍔 was great! The fries 🍟 were good. The non-milk 🥛 milkshake was tasty. The place was clean. 6/20/23: They ran out of their vegeburger. Their chicken 🐔 sandwich 🥪 was great! 1/23/24: Very tasty temporary Korean inspired menu 😋 choices. I thought the Korean flavored sandwich 🥪 & fries 🍟 were very good!
Nothing too shaky about this place, other than it gave me some shaky stomach! Used to love their Cow Hollow store. This is the first time I tried at this location and it definitely wasn’t a pleasant experience.
