I love dumplings and eat here and there to compare. But dumplings at DEF is tasty, also the appearance is catchy eye as well.
I came there several times and the service is excellent.
Bedsides the WAITING time, there is NOTHING to complain.

Such an awesome place! The food is sooo delicious! Great to come with a party of people so that you can get several plates to share. Everything is great and you can't go wrong with anything you order.

Shrimp San Francisco soup is light and refreshing. Perfect if your sick. Place is always packed. Placing to-go orders is easy and lawns nicely packed.

Great food and customer service. We stop here every time we're in the city. Everything is amazing. My son's favorite is the coca cola pork sandwich, mine is the pork belly buns. Rice bowl and noodles are also excellent!!

We walked in a little before noon. There was 2 people ahead of us. The guy had a large take out order. Ordering food was slow but waiting for the food took much longer. We noticed most people got take out. Now we know why. I got the stream buns, a pork belly and a short rib. Both were excellent but I really liked the short rib. On to the fries, nice and crispy, lightly seasoned. I would try to come here much earlier next time because of the wait and there's very few seats here.
