Trad Bone Broth

I’ve never woken up thinking “I could really use some bone broth,” but tomorrow might be the first day. I really enjoyed how flavorful the broths that I tried were. I got the kimchi broth and enjoyed every sip. These guys have a very carefully crafted product, there is so much thought behind every one of their broths. Don’t know what you get? Ask them!

Deserves every five star it gets for their creative menu, passion + knowledge, super friendly staff, and extremely tasty broth. "On tap" bone broth is something I didn't know I needed until I had it. Such an awesome neighborhood addition that I frequently look forward to. While there are classics, they also offer sweet broths, spicy keto broth, and soups. Want a growler of bone broth? They've got it.

Deep research went into developing these authentic broth and unique latte recipes. I never thought I’d find a broth-based competitor to a cappuccino but this is it!! The lavender/coconut milk/honey/beef broth latte blew me away and is 85% broth! I couldn’t wait to try the Seoul beef soup when I got home and I was not disappointed. Rich, creamy, with delicious tender beef. It tastes like something my grandma would make. Definitely coming back and highly recommend.

I had never had a bone broth drink before coming here. The team was super welcoming and explained the concept and different options. I had a Honey Broth signature drink and it was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back often and working my way through the menu.

Trad has such a great range of options, from sipping broths, to hearty soups, to super unique signature drinks. Their signature drinks are super creative and flavorful, and there are both savory and sweet options, which kind of blew my mind. I had never tried a sweet drink with a bone broth base, and if that thought weirds you out, fret not—there is absolutely no meaty or “animal” taste to them, just rich deliciousness. I tried the Honey Broth, Sweet Serenity Broth, and Matcha Focus Broth and loved all of them.

To be able to get all of the health benefits of bone broth through such a wide variety of options is great—I can’t wait to come back and try everything on the menu!

On top of all of this, the shop is run by the sweetest brothers, David and Jonathan. They clearly have a passion for what they do and have put so much effort into sourcing quality ingredients. Would highly recommend checking this place out!
