Yama Sushi

Excellent service, friendly staff and delicious sushi! I'm a vegetarian and the options are separate on the menu, not crowded.
Now I have a new favorite San Francisco restaurant!

Sushi was excellent. The teriyaki chicken had good glaze but the chicken itself is thin and can potentially be dry. Nonetheless it was a good dining experience. Definitely returning.

Got my order to go which you have to do through an App like GrubHub even if you’re literally standing In front of their restaurant.

The restaurant looks old and in need of a reno, and not appealing inside.

California roll and miso soup were very good but the nigiri was terrible and impossible to eat with the poor cuts of fish. I took home the salmon so it didn’t go to waste and cooked it. For the price, they shouldn’t serve inedible nigiri that is tough and chewy.

Parking is difficult in the area. Staff are unfriendly.

Great service and great food for a decent price. Not crowded at all (came in for a weekday dinner). Parking was surprisingly easy to find. Came here as an alternative to mall sushi and I’m glad I did.
