In N Out is a local favorite, but I was out of town and it was refreshing to find the same bright atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food! Well done, INO, on standardizing what I love and making the experience the same no matter where we find you! ❤️
In-and-out in-and-out that's what a ham burgers all about. We absolutely love in-and-out Burger. They usually have long lines but are quick to help you. The customer service is excellent. I love that you can watch them prepare your food items in the drive-through. They are very efficient and quick. I love that they give you the option to eat it in your car or to go it makes for much convenience when you're on the road. The customer service representative that took my order was very friendly and how they smile on his face. The cashier who took my money was very accurate and counted all of my change back. And at the last window the person handing me my food was very courteous and was very generous with the sauces and napkins. I will definitely be going back.
I am always ready to get a double double. Milkshakes are fantastic. Oh and I always get my onions grilled instead of just how they normally put them on, I believe it adds loads more flavor. Hands down the best burger place in my opinion.
This was our first time eating at this particular In-N-Out Burger and we were all very satisfied with the service and the food. We stopped by to grab a bite before our movie started and the burgers were tasty and the fries were hot and perfectly salted. I also thoroughly enjoyed my strawberry shake, as I haven't had one for a long while. Not to mention, the total cost was much more affordable than purchasing movie theatre food for the six of us.
The last 2 times we've gone to this location they mess up our order. This time specifically we ordered 2 burgers both with no tomato and one with no onion along with fries and a milkshake. The order taker seemed like he hated his job more than anything. We got to the first window and the drive through cashier repeated our order back to us. We corrected him when he mentioned no onion and no tomato on both. He apologized and said he would get it taken care of. He was very nice. At the next window we grabbed our food and upon checking the food both burgers had tomato and neither of them had onion. Not a huge deal but considering the simplicity of our order and the fact that this has happened twice; we won't be returning to this specific location. On the bright side; food tasted good, most of the staff was very nice and we got through the line very quickly.
