(March 27, 2019, 1:41 am)I've eaten at this restaurant several times over the last 30 years, but hadn't been there for about 5 years since I rarely go to downtown Stockton any more. I decided to stop in since I had some business to address it the County building. I found their food to still be very good as I remembered it. I had the open face steak sandwich on garlic bread, fries, and a Greek salad. It was a definite thumbs up. The only downside to this restaurant is it's in the downtown area that isn't the greatest. It's certainly not like downtown Stockton used to be 50 years ago.

(January 29, 2019, 5:21 am)Food is great. Best gyros in town by far. Only reason for the 4 star review is the service is not always great. I have been there when it's slow and when it's slammed, gotten great service and bad service in both scenarios. But it isn't enough to stop me from coming and shouldn't stop anyone else either. Yasoo Yani is great.
