I go to this restaurant often and 50% of the time or more then that even I have to say, my order is wrong. I hate going through the drive through for this reason.
It’s a fast food place and I shouldn’t expect much I guess but the one thing they can do is atleast have good customer service and it’s not always good. It’s usually bad. I’ve been treated like I was bothering the cashier I feel. I had to ask for items that were missing, then I had to ask for butter, honey and napkins. And plastic silverware after that. Each thing I had to practically ask for separately because as I looked I saw it was missing.
One time while I was there I was told they didn’t have chicken breasts and because it was close to closing they weren’t going to make any. There was still 30 minutes. That’s plenty of time to make chicken I feel.
I guess it just bothers me when I know I’ve been treated poorly. I’ve worked in similar jobs and I was trained to treat customers different so maybe my expectations are high but why shouldn’t they be.

Great amenities, parking free, clean hotel rooms, friendly front desk agents, casino has various slot machines to choose. I love their buffet all you can eat lobster, crabs and steaks. Cheerful restaurant servers
