    Food is always warm besides forgetting my cheese and tomato which i paid for and am not talking about like this is the first time. Hello! Read the orders properly before making it.

    This jack in the box is hit or miss with the drive through line and how long they take. Some of the things my family and I love are the breakfast platters, churros, iced coffee, and the JUMBO jack. The tacos are alright you just have to eat them almost immediately. Oh and did I mention the churros?? Lol overall I like this location.

    The manager is always curteous to me. Always making sure that the order is exactly what was ordered. I deal with massive, and life threatening
    allergies and Vidal, the manager is always on top of this for me. Making sure of this, really helps me have a great day. Especially after dealing with doctors or appointments and being exhausted. Your training people on issues regarding food safety as well is a great thing.

    Jan,23rd..@ approx 18:00.. I stopped in for a takeout order (fairly large) with my Service Dog (Suede") I'm a disabled Veteran... The service was Very fast, very good food" and very Courteous"..But the Great thing was this" the Manager went out of her way" and took the time, to walk to the soda machine where I was, to offer a Bowl" for My Dog to get some Fresh Water" ...to me that was just Awesome" .Greatly Appreciated" Thank you so much' Mrs.Mngr'.. Others should take Notice" of what Customer Service" is... Just go in and ask her for some Tips... Great job"" Thank You""
