I just go to starbucks for a treat like once a month

Great customer service! The lady that helped us at the drive thru was very pleasant, patient and helpful. She did her best to accommodate us or offer suggestions to please the kids. If they didn’t have an item she was very apologetic and her tone was most pleasant.
I normally go to the one in Lathrop, but will frequent this more often.

I’m only giving this place 3 stars because they make the drinks exactly how I like. But what I don’t like is the fact that I have to wait in a 15 minute line just to get my order when I placed via app. They told me they couldn’t open the doors, which is ridiculous. There’s places that just hand the drinks through the door. What’s the purpose of ordering ahead of time when I have to wait in line for 10 mins just to receive my order.

nice Starbucks. Fast friendly service. Pastries were ultra-fresh. Employees and customers closely observing covid-19 procedures. 5 stars because of the covid-19 cleanliness and compliance.
