    Went to this Rubio's a week ago. My first time ever. I ordered the 3 fish tacos and was pleasantly surprised how good they were! Service was fast and friendly. As I've yet to go here more than once, I'll only give it 4 stars for now. But based on my one experience here, I would definitely recommend this place!

    I'm a regular at the Tracy,CA Rubio's and come weekly for my chicken Baja burrito. Delicious, fresh food and great service. Love it!!

    I ordered the Grilled Mango Wild Mahi Mahi. The FLAVORS were spot on! I only gave it 4 stars because the fish was slightly overcooked and not enough Mango. They dice their Mango but they need slices, not diced. Needed more cilantro....but other than that......it was very satisfying!

    Always makes the best burritos with the freshest ingredients. You can taste the difference when you go to a place that prepares everything fresh. I go here like once a week. Love it!

    Rubio's, by far, has the best fish tacos, and the most delicious variety of fresh seafood and other healthy entrees. If you are looking for delicious and healthy alternatives, come visit Rubio's in Stockton, and prepare to enjoy a great and delicious fusion of Mexican and seafood. Of course, they also carry chicken and other dishes and salads, as well. Make a trip to Stockton Rubio's and say Hi to new General Manager, Stephanie. She and her friendly staff will assure you will have a delicious meal and a wonderful experience.
