The most delicious and crispy fish and chips, every time. Fresh cooked and hot. The Lumpia are good too. The ONLY place for a fish and chip craving.

First time going and it is what they say it is. My eyes were bigger than my stomach had 2 bring some food home. I forgot 2 take a picture but i got the #1 combo which is fish n prawns and i also ordered lumpia's my Mom got fish n chips and fried zucchini. Wise words let the food cool down or make sure you have something 2 drink before eating food it is nice n hot and very tasty. Will go again. Drive was worth it

I just moved to Tracy a few months ago. And have been looking for a good fish and chips place to go to. My buddy recommended Harbor Fish & Chips. I finally got the chance to try them because I was in the area. I went in and ordered the sampler plate
That way I could try the fish, scallops, oysters and prawns. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the food good, but even the tartar and cocktail sauce was yummy. I cannot wait until I go back again.

Delicious Terriaki Chicken plate! The beef is amazing, too. If you order in, it seems to take a little bit of time. Plan on 15-25 minutes to get your food after you order. Well priced, too.

This restaurant has been around since the 70's under different management back then. A English man named Cy and his wife were the owners.(Cy & Lee Fish and Chips) He had an original style English fish and chips recipe. It moved to it's current location and a new family took over using the same recipe! Now another family runs it and the current owners still serve authentic fish and chips, seafood, rice bowls, and many other delicious choices! Always friendly service! To go orders welcome or dine in!
