I own two restaurants in the area. Kirk is the best. He always gets us what we need on time and at a good price. When he can't, he's honest about it and will tell us where we can get it cheaper.
Our restaurants have been in business for over 40 years and Pat's has been one of the best vendors we have ever dealt with. They have fantastic customer service and will do their best to price match any items you need. They are consistently anticipating our needs when business cycles change and are a phone call away for last minute changes or deliveries. I would highly recommend them.
