    The staff are polite friendly being safe during covid
    I'm not holding this against them but if a customer changes the order at the window remember to give them their change back this has happened twice to me and the drive-thru

    Super friendly staff at this local Starbucks. Drive through especially courteous, professional, upbeat, safe, their smiles are evident through their masks- great job, team! when did eggnog lattes get sooo delicious & expensive, OMG!

    There were several decent experiences here, however there were some pretty big mistakes and issues. We encountered real attitude problems, poor treatment of an obviously new employee, mishandling of the orders, miscommunication, an extra 10 minute wait for half of our order, and drink was made wrong. We didn't complain because the batista helping us was already being treated poorly. It was disappointing to witness.
