Federicos Fresh Mex Cuisine

A family member told me how great Frederico's Fresh Mex Cuisine was. My wife and I tried it out and were not disappointed. Fantastic service with a smile and ever better attitude. We will be back for sure!

Felt so lucky to have found this place with no recommendation seeing as how they've only been in operation on the mainland for 3 weeks!!! It's a beautiful blend of Mexican style food with Hawaiian fusion of fish and mild yet flavorful spices!! The breading on the Chipotle Fish Taco was like a party in my mouth! The chips and salsa had the perfect amount of kick and the owner and daughter chatted with us while we dined!! Everyone there seemed to love their food too! I love serendipitous adventures with tasteful rewards! Our server was also very cute and steered us in the right direction while highlighting the nuances of their contribution to this culturally rich part of downtown. Loved the vibes too!

We're from Chicago where we have great Mexican food and we're thrilled to have stopped here! Outdoor seating, Bailey our server was kind, helpful and on the ball! The guacamole is fresh and really in the top 3 guacamoles we've ever had and we eat A LOT of guac! The Rico southwest chicken salad was the best my husband has ever had. The chipotle ranch is absolutely amazing! On the lighter side I had the fresh herb garlic shrimp taco with the same chipotle ranch and fresh avocado and Pico! So good!

I just tried this place and was super impressed! The chips were fresh and warm, the salsa had just the right amount of heat. I tried the shrimp taco and that was also amazing. Definitely worth a try
