Starbucks

My go to Starbucks. Staff is friendly and always get my orders right.

Called the customer care line & spoke with a courteous gal. I explained my issue of how the SLO Mercado store associate was verbally told by my caregiver & shown in writing how I wanted my phone purchase to be transacted. But the store associate rang it up wrong, charging my card rather than using my designated stars that were to expire that same day.
Customer care asked for my first & last name & my email address, reviewed my account; and returned my expired stars. I was told the store manager would be made aware of issue for training. The entire call took about 6 minutes. Customer care was friendly & helpful.
Although it would have been better to also be comped a free beverage for the hassle to call in & then be asked to complete a survey.

They didn't take long to make my drink.

Probably the best Starbucks around. Super friendly staff. Nice outdoor seating area. Situated perfectly in plaza. Always enjoy coming here.
