    My #1 go-to restaurant during my time at Cal Poly. Very reasonably priced and very fantastic food. Their Lamb Korma, Lamb Vindaloo, and Chicken Tikka Masala were my absolute favorites.

    I just finished my lunch from Taj Palace.

    Oh. My. God.

    I moved here from Sacramento earlier this year and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find this caliber of food, but WOW. This is hands-down the best food I’ve had in SLO.

    I ordered a handful of appetizers, the Fish Saag (AMAZING!!) the Lamb Curry, and some Cheese and Butter Naan. They also included some basmati rice on the house! It was fast delivery, and pandemic-friendly with ‘no-contact’ placement at my door by a mask-wearing employee. I always feel bad for being so distant when a delivery person comes, but I did say thank you from my open window, and I hope you heard it! :)

    Incredible, incredible meal and I’m happy to support local restaurants, especially now. I’ll be ordering again and recommending around. Thank you!

    This isn't the best Indian food I've had but it is the best and most authentic here in SLO.

    Best Indian food in SLO. The kids especially like the "red" chicken, and we adults prefer the Chicken Vindaloo with Basmatti rice.
