Godfather's Burger Lounge

Went here on a whim and man those burgers were MASSIVE. The patty is not only really thick, but it extends past the bun on all sides. They were for sure really tasty too. I wish they served liquor instead of just beer/wine. We came in around 7 on a Saturday and got seated immediately at the bar--but right after there appeared to be a wait of about 15 people! Its pretty small but I think that many people waiting indicates how good it is.

My husband and I went here and had a wonderful experience. Not only was the food great but the service was awesome. The food is delicious with giant portions. The server Jose was incredibly nice and polite. We added something after we got the bill and he did not hesitate or complain about us already receiving the bill. He was very helpful. Definitely recommend this burger place and thank you Jose for great service.

We were in town from Ga on vacation and decided to stop in. I ordered the salmon burger and my wife had the regular burger. The food and service were both excellent. If we're ever in the San Francisco area again we'll definitely be back to eat.

My wife I walked here from a bar after having some drinks and snacks so we weren't super hungry and we decided to share a burger. When they brought out the burger it was cut in half and put onto separate plates for us with the fries divided too which was very helpful.

The staff was nice and the burger was cooked perfectly and it was delicious.

I happened to be driving by just as they were opening so I thought I'd give it a try. First one in 10 minutes before they were actually open. Great service by who I assume was the owner. Ordered the Godfather's cheeseburger and garlicky truffle fries. The fries didn't seem to have much flavor as far as the truffle goes, but then again I'm not really sure what a truffle tastes like.
Either way they were crispy and really good.
The sauce was also good.
The medium rare burger was perfectly cooked.
Burger + fries + soda = $20
A few dollars more than what I'm used to paying for something comparable where I'm from, but reasonable considering that retail space is probably 3x higher there.

Although, one thing did bother me. I was the only person sitting at the bar eating and a server decided that the 1 square foot of space between my plate and his side of the bar, would be the best place to prepare drinks for the other customers. He honestly had his little rubber mat shoved under the edge of my plate.
So that was a bit weird, but I will definitely go back next time I make the trip up there.
