Colma Black Bear Diner

This diner is crowd. We waited a long time, but service is good. The food came very fast and it's a huge portion. I can't finish it. If you are hungry, this is the place to be. And the food is OK.

Black Bear is an awesome place to go with friends or family. They have a huge menu to choose from. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can have breakfast all day, which is always a nice option.

They serve large portions for a reasonable price. They also have fresh squeezed OJ and mimosas, they're not shy with the champagne either.

The service is really nice. The servers have never been rude and are usually quick and extremely nice.

Writing this review to show my appreciation for Leah, the pretty, tattooed waitress who is seriously the sweetest person I've ever had the pleasure to be served by. This was my second time coming to this location and after the first time, I almost didn't come back it was so horrible. But today, I decided to swing by for lunch and Leah changed my whole view on this establishment. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Miss!

I came here on a Thursday morning and Leah was the only server available! I had to wait this time but I could see that she was busy. Just a suggestion, have more staff on so you don't overwork your employees and have customers waiting... I was fine to wait because I could see what was going on but there were a few tables around me who seemed impatient and hungry. Anyways the food was good as usual, could have been hotter but it is what it is.. I took off a star because of that.

An amazing experience for the entire family. Very family focused and has the best music. All of the staff are extremely fun and light-hearted and love to start a conversation with you about almost anything. I would strongly recommend this place if you just want to have a nice dinner with your kids, or are just on town for the weekend.
