Went by for late lunch; fajitas served with caramelized onions and red peppers were excellent. Pretty good margaritas, too. Ask for Bernadette.

Salsas and chips were quite tasty, so we were expecting good food. While the rice and guacamole were good, the rest of the food was ho-hum. Not a lot of flavor in the main dishes, except the pulled chicken chimichanga. Chicken fajitas, chicken tamales, and perdin asada (marinated and slow-cooked pork) were so-so. We may have hit them on an off night as there was retirement party taking up most of the restaurant and bar. Wait staff was friendly, but not very attentive. Again, the large party may have been taking everyone's attention.

Excellent hostess who made us feel so welcome and made our first day in SF memorable. She had great tips on where to eat and what to do!!! The food was delicious, and her recommendations really helped. She made us a killer margarita ❤️ The taquitos were excellent and the chicken fajitas were sooooo filling. The deep-fried plantains were a great finish to an excellent meal!

The owner was super nice and joyful, very attentive. The food was great, we all left our plates empty, and their margaritas are really good too.
