IHOP

As with all IHOP if you want to sit quickly.. show up before 9 am.. after 9 there will be a wait. This one is an old stand by in Foster City and frankly was craving Pancakes (with the ad of unlimited with omlette purchase and a really poor experience at Sheri's..) meal was as expected and still is my benchmark for breakfast

All was Okay. Food was good. Service could have been better. Nothing really bad, but could have been better.

This experience was fantastic. Busy at work and lots of rain... Looked online and placed an order over the phone. Food was ready in 10 minites. I picked it up. Awesome containers and utensils. Defenately an option for pick up. The restaurant was super clean and really friendly staff.

Went here for dinner tonight with the family hoping to take advantage of the kids eat free after 4 pm deal, turns out the deal is only temporary, we decided to stay because it wasn't busy and we like the food. There seemed to be only 1 waiter, he was very polite and delivered great service, he was prompt and attentive. The food as always delicious, but really the customer service is what makes the difference. I tried their spicy chicken ranch and it was good but not really spicy, the hubby and kids decided to go with breakfast, unlimited pancakes and their French toast hot chocolate, everyone was pleased with their food. Should've gotten the waiter's name but I didn't, keep up the good work and we'll be back here again soon!!

Breakfast options as expected are really good, but service could use some enhancements. After ordering, the waitress didn't stop to offer condiments for the potatoes nor a cup of water after the initial drinks ran off.

Aside of this, food actually compensated for these issues.
