Pilot Light

Dutch baby was delightful and worth the wait. Ingredients were fresh. Huevos rancheros we’re tasty too. Outside patio area is very pretty, and dog friendly. We’ll be back for sure!

Everything about Pilot Light is excellent from the decor to the delicious fresh food.
We’ve been twice now and enjoyed a breakfast of Belgian Waffle with fresh fruit and Egg plant on toast, then today we had lunch which consisted of the $100 dollar burger and the steak shawarma wrap both were delicious.

Excellent salad, soup, mimosa. Not crazy about their impossible burger. Have had it more juicy at other restaurants. They could do more with that dish. Still in early phases of opening, I'm excited for them
Will be back to try other dishes.

Soft opening weekend. The restaurant is still getting its footing and it had lots of guests. The promise of this place is its location right next to the airport. I'm looking forward to trying it again.

Salad: tastiest thing we got. Some how it was salty. Couldn't figure out why. Tasted really good though.

Waffle: the waffle had a good crunch, needed more of the compote. It was okay.

$100 Hamburger: the burger was dry and not seasoned. Fries on the cold side. I'd skip the burger next time but maybe it wasn't the way it should be. Again, it is soft opening weekend.
