Tai Wu Restaurant

A typical Chinese restaurant serving classic Cantonese Chinese food. Several good dishes and has all the staples. Service is as expected for a Chinese restaurant. Parking is terrible. It’s right on El Camino in Millbrae. They do have a parking lots a couple blocks north but it is definitely not convenient. Street parking usually requires meter or have a minutes restriction. Avoid tickets!

Great service paired with delicious Chinese food, which is a bit unusual, so I was pleasantly surprised. We tried a beef dish that was absolutely delicious, as it was very soft and tender. And we also had a delicious tofu and mushrooms dish, as well as one of the prime fish dishes. Everything that we had was absolutely tasty, and well-made.

One of the few best dim sum restaurant in the area. Good food, reasonable price. The service may not be the greatest but I will give a B. Just be aware that weekend parking maybe some type of challenge.

Excellent spot for dimsum. They have wait staff constantly circulating to provide fresh dishes. Everything is made with care and service is excellent. Personal favorites are the shrimp dumpling and red pork buns. Will not be disappointed here!
