Above average sushi and Japanese tapas at an average price. Drinks are also quite cheap for their quality. The place is also newly done and had a fusion Japanese restaurant feel with abundance of wood and space. A really rare find in the Bay Area. 5 stars for really striving to deliver value to customers. I just fear that either they will slowly raise prices as they become more well known or start using lower grade fish.
Very nice place, roomy with a large menu. Everything you'd expect is here and more. A nice surprise was the Kobe Beef Roll, very rare, melty meat wrapped around a tasty veggie center with avocado and asparagus, covered in crunchy onions. Sashimi bowl also had a great variety, delicious glazed mushrooms I thought were fish at first! Even normal things like tamago tasted better than normal, everyone agreed the miso soup was some of the best they'd ever had. There is a very cute shoes-off table in the back for special parties. Loved it!
It is a place offering all kinds of Japaneses food. Prices are reasonable and taste of the food is pretty good. I like its curry rice very much. I ordered sashimi from Japan for $40. Fish was fresh and tasty. Portion is on small side but totally worth it. Not everything is excellent but most of the food here are pretty good.
The restaurant is very relaxing any spacious between tables. Foods are decent. The skewers are very good I especially like the duck. I don't eat sushi but they look good and my wife said they are very fresh and delicious. The curry tonkatsu is the best I ate among all others in Bay area. However, they aren't cheap and portion is small which all other decent Japanese restaurant are the same.
New favorite. Just found this great place. Food quality is excellent and prices are very reasonable. Lots of choices on sushi and sake! Service was quick and excellent and decor was clean and modern -- what more could you ask for?
