(September 3, 2020, 11:20 am)From what I've experienced countless times, the staff here are dope people, even on their very busy days they manage to get drinks out fairly quick with a positive attitude, the drinks are well made, one barista (Zemira) is a very kind hearted individual so look out for her for great customer service (not that the same cannot be said for the rest of the employees), times are different now, so you might not get the full experience but hopefully things will go back to the way it was

(January 6, 2018, 4:12 pm)The staff is very friendly, but they are understaffed in the middle of the day. There is plenty of seating and a quiet atmosphere. Be careful with online ordering from here. The Starbucks app seems to not like this place as I have difficulty finding it on the app. I can be less than a mile away and the app picks the Sequoia Station Starbucks.
