Free and Friendly Foods

Yum!!!! Definitely a Free and Friendly Foods:) awesome customer service and delicious coconut macaroons! A + they make many different desserts that are vegan and gluten free. The cheesecake is delicious and super soft . The berry panna cotta is a must get ! They are in cute little jars . This place is a must go for all sweet tooth .

We fed these to my team at work, and no one knew they were free of anything... swear to god, when we told them they were "gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free, and soy free", we got confused looks.

As someone who struggles with food allergies, work/office birthday parties suck. The admins are always trying to find something I can have, but then I ruin it for everyone else. When they get something yummy for the group, I'm left out. Finally... there's a compromise for everyone!

Kara's GF cupcakes are just OK compared to what Free and Friendly Foods has- truly, FFF blows all competition out of the water. I have no idea how they do it, but it's incredible. I almost cried the first time I ate one of them, it was so good. I essentially stopped even trying the allergy friendly treats I'd find at places like Rainbow and Whole Foods because they're never worth it. THESE ARE WORTH IT!!

If you're local, the most economic route (ie, free) is to pick them up from the San Bruno location, but they have delivery to San Francisco and most of the Bay Area, for a fee. I'm telling you, if you have anyone in your life that has food allergies, these cupcakes are the best gift you could give them. Try the filled cranberry orange mini cupcakes with maple cardamom frosting... they're out of this world.
