BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We walked in and signed in for seating at 4:30pm. We were told that they were in the middle of shift change and there would by a 10 minute wait. Asked what was the normal shift time. Was told between 4 and 5 pm.
Wierd.
There were already people in both restaurant and bar.
As expected the food was good tho.

Happy hour used to be good. How can u ran out of a wine that u featured in your Happy hour? And won't even offer another selections. Server kept giving us the wrong order.

Food great as usual, but we had to remind them to come to take our order. Usually they do better. One of my favorites is their roasted brussel sprouts and kale salad. I added chicken to it this time.

The food is pretty good there. The traditional wings are great. The service tends to fall off when it's busy in there. Lots of turnover w/ staff. Sometimes the restrooms are under service. But overall a good place to eat! The House made Root beer is also Excellent! When an order is not correct they accommodate accordingly!

I came here on my birthday and a date, and it was lovely both times. Ordered the steak and the portion sizes were perfect for me. The hosts/waiters are usually socializing with each other in the front? Not sure why, and there's also always been a wait when I go, however once seated our waiters have always been very polite. Loved their BJ soda.
