It's airport food, so accept that it's expensive. There were two girls working there when I placed an order, and while one was nice, the other wasn't. The big breakfast burrito is filling and relatively tasty, but it's also $10. The best thing about them is that they're open between 0100 and 0400, so you can eat there when all of the other parts of the airport are closed.

The coffee was surprisingly good pastry and the sandwich was also surprisingly acceptable. Usually the food in these kind of places is not worth the money. This was just airport pricey but pretty good

Popular but seems a little slow. Also seems popular with people who work at the airport which I think is probably a good sign. I would say they're better than Starbucks. I like their mocha better than Starbucks Mocha. Staff not bad but not great. Peet's and Starbucks seem to have friendlier staffs. Not bad though. Would still go there before Starbucks.
