Slow service but chicken teriyaki wings were super good!

Service for food can be spotty, but the food is always good. Love the salads, both types of seasoned fries, and the patty melt.Yum.

I am usually taken care of very well by the events staff, however this last time for my son's birthday party I was very disappointed. I was not informed when making my reservations that only 8 people could bowl per lane and had a certain budget for the day and had to stop playing my game (with children) and get another lane and then re split up the teams, wasted time and then the kids got to play for less time. Then we paid for the extra lane and then were charged a second time. There was no record of the first payment. Staff didn't know what was going on. Thought my area would have been near the bowling lanes but it was reserved way inside the restaurant so we had to move everything to the lanes to be close. Don't think we'll be booking another b-day party there.
