Neighbor Tim's BBQ

All I have to say about this BBQ crew and the food that they prepared, and served up is wow! with about 10 exclamation points!. A family friend of mine hired them to prepare two whole smoked and pit roasted Hogs. Not only did Tim Source the highest quality humanely raised local hogs for the party, but he also smoked them for a day and then showed up with his efficient courteous and well-dressed crew to finish the roasting on the pit, and serve up the meat. In addition to the two whole Hogs they also made an incredible smoked brisket, as well as awesome macaroni and cheese,and potato salad. The pigs were perfectly done with the meat sliding off the bones and the skin incredibly crispy.. once the food was prepared they processed it,cut it up and served it attractively and steaming hot on to our plates. Every member of his work crew (and there were enough to do this big job) there was professional courteous well-groomed and friendly,as well as fun to be around and an asset to the party. They answered endless rounds of questions about the food preparation and smoker in good humor and cheer. At the end of the day they processed all of the leftovers and put them into to-go containers as well as served up individual portions for people who wanted to take them home .The smoker that they towed to the picnic site was clean and look like it had been recently washed and detailed, everything about them was professional. It's rare in this day and age to have a caterer or Food Service that delivers such a high-quality meal and such a personable and professional manner. 10 out of 10. Thank you neighbor Tim for serving up one of the most delicious and memorable meals I have ever had, and for providing the centerpiece dish for this very special party

I had the opportunity to try Neighbor Tim's BBQ at the Earth Day Festival in SB. Delicious brisket sandwich. The meat was smokey and tender, the black pepper spice rub complimented the beef perfectly, and the vinegar-forward BBQ sauce balanced the whole sandwich well. The black bean and corn salad paired well with the meal also.

Best brisket and potato salad in SB!

I don't write reviews often but this place was awesome. I had the pulled pork sandwich with bacon potato salad and it was absolutely delicious. The bbq sauce was the perfect amount of tangy without being overpowered. Definitely recommend this. Ignore the loser who put one star. You guys rock, hope you see you outside appfolio again!
