    Simply put, this place is worth the stop in Santa Barbara for authentic Mexican cuisine at a reasonable price. Our waiters, Roberto and Juan, we're very attentive and customer-friendly. They offered the right recommendations on what dishes to try, since it was our first time visiting the restaurant. They had a great attitude, and they promoted the restaurant beautifully. Try the pozole, and you'll want to go back for more...????????????????

    Its decent place. Lots of seating.
    I'd prefer a more authentic Mexican place tho.

    There are so many good Mexican restaurants in SB that it's hard to pick "The Best" one. But Palapa is certainly among my top 5. The food is always super tasty and fresh, the service is very friendly and they have those very pleasant outside tables.
