Went here as part of a work event, they had quite a few options available. Had the seared scallops over risotto and asparagus which was fabulous. My spouse has gemelli with scallops and someone had a steak which was very good. The salmon also looked perfectly cooked. The wine list looked pretty good. We had a nice space separate from the rest of the restaurant. Was a little sad to see the bar closed up around 9, so we had to move elsewhere, but we hear it's a SB phenomenon.
Across the street from the wharf. This is the most trendy, up and coming area of Santa Barbara. Valet parking available and public parking nearby. Went for lunch Saturday. They said 30-45 minutes wait but seated us under 15 minutes. Newly remodeled, nice decor. Comfortable mid-century modern chairs. Menu is seafood as the name implies. Attentive service very concerned if we were satisfied with everything. I observed someone getting a dessert that was huge. Prices commensurate for the venue.
A classic seafood restaurant with a great selection. I recommend the grilled octopus: simply cooked with a light sauce but with a great taste. The oysters on the half shelf were good too. And I also recommend the whole roasted fish. It's a little bit of work but perfect for real seafood lovers. A bit noisy but service is efficient albeit a little slow.
