Natural Cafe

Interesting place. Sadly, my veggie stir fry with tofu was terrible (could probably give 1 star), however my husband’s Hungry Planet vegan burger was amazing (worth 5 stars), so my rating today is unfortunately 3. Would come back for the burger!

Good Food, Good Prices, but the staff are very passive, and are only there to work, not there to help you out. Had a gold jacket stolen from my table right in front of 10-12 patrons eating and 2 Natural Cafe staff members. And everyone said they saw nothing. Amazing, and the Manager on duty, just shook his head and said sorry that happened. Amazing how passive and unhelpful society is these days. The Natural Cafe on State Street has thieves all over the place, be weary of your possessions in that area....

Major shout out to the team at Natural Cafe tonight. After a rainy day and a chilly evening, we were looking to find a healthy spot that would accommodate my husband and I and our big dog outside (we knew finding an indoor dining location would be tricky with our pup in tow).

We called ahead and spoke to Nick, who was very friendly, and eagerly assured us they would set up a table and a heater for us out front. We arrived and we’re welcomed with the most friendly reception. To our surprise and delight we got a romantic little dinner out on the patio for the three of us. Not only is the food delicious (the tofu veggie bowl was a great as was the cornbread with honey butter and the Turkey burger), but the service was so kind and generous which is something we all need more of in our lives. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Santa Barbara! Thank you again to the whole team on staff who came out to say hello to us and show our sweet pup some love too! 🤗

Service and Salad is good just a little pricey for a salad. Would definitely come back again.

I love their teriyaki chicken sandwich! Its so delicious! Their chicken enchiladas are also good! 👌
