Great pizza- I am gluten intolerant but as they ferment the bread I can eat it. LOTS of pizza for the money - we will have pizza for days! Great toppings and choices. The service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

I have a very sensitive tummy so when I saw that Noemi Pizza ferments their dough for 96 hours, I was SO excited. For my first pizza, I ordered the Soppersetta and the Margherita and boy, they were game changers! The crust was so perfectly fluffy and their signature sauce was the perfect combination of salty and sweet with a little kick. Definitely the best pizza in town and I will absolutely be making this my Friday night pizza place!

Was very excited to try this new pizza place after seeing reviews and photos of their food. So I called and ordered a lunch special and a pizza. The lady on the phone said 20 minutes which I had expected. We went back to the restaurant 30 minutes after my initial call was placed and it still was not ready. We waited another 15 or so minutes, and it wasn’t ready. My order took over 50 minutes in total. The Caesar salad that came with the lunch special was just a pile of lettuce with no cheese and no croutons. My pizza slice was delicious but was cold. However, my husband said his pizza was great. I gave 3 stars because the pizza was delicious, but took off 2 for the mess up on the salad and the much longer than expected wait time. In this instance, I may not have returned, but I understand this is a new local business and times are tough right now, so I will give it another chance some day down the road. Just really wish the first experience was more positive
