The lady who gave me my sandwich was very courteous and professional.

I hated they didnt put cheese on the big Roast beef sandwich otherwise pretty good

I just want to say thank you to the manager and two particular young ladies that take the orders. I bring in my 90 year old friend whom I take care of. Every single time they get the order right and they even customize it to be exactly what this little 90 year old lady needs. Never a hassle never rushing never making her feel like she's doing something that is a pain in their neck. The food is exactly what she loves. I wish other places would follow their example.

Arby's is the best fast food around. Really glad we have one within driving distance of Pismo love the French dip

Employees don't go too far out of their way to be friendly. Also I was supposed to get a free fry and shake for my birthday with an email. I found out later that the fries were taken off but not the value of the shake. Also the fries I got seem like they were bottom of the barrel small crispy pieces. It was disappointing, but I love their jamocha shakes.
