(November 21, 2020, 4:21 am)Great service. I went shortly after inside dinning was open and when I was served my burger, they forgot to place the meat on it, but they quickly resolved it. Ordered another burger to go and reminded them to tell the chef to not forget my burger and they even added a side of ranch.

(November 8, 2020, 1:19 am)We came before the dinner rush at about 4:15, thinking we'd get service, but we were mistaken. Seated then nothing, no waters, for about 15 minutes until I flagged someone down. Turns out we were being ignored until the next server came on shift at 4:30. She's a sweetie so 3 stars instead of one, also 20% tip. However it's just a bad customer experience when you're ignored. Do better Swiss!
