“The beer was ICE COLD and delicious! The food was great as well, fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. The wait staff was attentive and kind, and they were taking every precaution to keep everyone distanced and safe. They cleaned and sanitized every area that a person contacted, even if the person didn't eat there. They made us feel really comfortable, safe and taken care of. “So a group of us gals went for a quick trip to try several specialties in town. Hands down this shop had the best tasting danishes. Texture & flavor with perfection in sweetness. Our particular server lacked hospitality but that’s not why we were there. When we were done trying others in town, we went back to stock up for friends back home to try our treasured finds! My personal favorite was the strawberry cheese danish. Yum!”

“Two vegan/non-dairy sorbet flavors on my visit - mango and lemon. Got the mango and it was okay - nice to have something cold on a hot day but wouldn't get it again, the flavor was lacking a bit. The non-dairy flavor selection looked pretty good. They sell gourmet chocolates that look amazing but apparently they're all made with milk so I didn't try any ($2/piece).”

“Casual outdoor dining at Viking Garden during a warm July 4th weekend. Our group ordered the Sausage Platter (delicious), shrimp and chips plate, and a good ol' grilled BLT sandwich (very satisfying). All were very satisfying. “I have been here three times. The restaurant interior is beautifully appointed but feels cavernous, which is okay if you are with a big lunch group but can be a turn off if you are out on a date. But don't let that deter you, because the the menu is the main attraction here. It's deceptively simple. Like the sparse syllables of haiku, with just a few seasonal ingredients, the dishes are combined skillfully in delicious art to eat. I will definitely be coming back!”
